在建筑施工中,如何确定混凝土达到某一强度所需要的时间并加以控制,使施工进度与混凝土强度增长速度相适应,对于科学地组织施工,确保工程质量,提高经济效益具有十分重要的现实意义。现行规范虽然有不同温度和龄期的混凝土强度增长曲线,但实际上即使是同一品种的水泥,由不同牌号、不同水灰比配制的混凝土,其强度增长差别甚大,加之外加剂的广泛使用,不同程度地改变了混凝土强度的增长规律,因而规范中的图表已不能满足现代建筑施工的需要。本文应用成熟度的概念,对混凝土强度的时间控制进行探讨。一、影响混凝土强度增长的因素影响混凝土强度增长的因素虽然很多,但归结起来有以下二个方面: 1.成熟度混凝土强度是随时间的增加而增长的, In the construction of a building, how to determine the time required for a concrete to reach a certain strength and control it so that the progress of the construction is compatible with the growth rate of concrete strength is of great practical significance for scientifically organizing construction, ensuring project quality, and improving economic efficiency. .
