工伤康复治疗者是一个特殊的社会群体。对能否康复的疑虑导致工伤患者在就诊过程中产生很多的心理壁垒,一方面他们经常不能客观对待工伤鉴定的结果,对医生的诊断存在怀疑和不满。另一方面,许多患者会有抑郁症的倾向,无法承担单据审核需要的盖章跑腿等各种折腾。笔者就医院医保工作的经验,总结当前工伤治疗中的医保管理难点,力图找到提升工伤人员就诊效率和就诊满意度的管理方法。挖掘工伤就诊管理“盲区”
Injury rehabilitation is a special social group. The doubts about the possibility of rehabilitation lead to a great deal of psychological barriers in the process of visiting injured patients. On the one hand, they often can not objectively treat the result of industrial injury appraisal, and they have doubts and dissatisfactions with the doctors’ diagnosis. On the other hand, many patients tend to have depression and can not afford the tedious errands that are required for document review.
