现代大型炼化厂中的加氢装置普遍使用注胺液系统进行循环气脱硫,因为系统压力高,需要使用往复泵和高压离心泵作为动力,其中离心泵因维护简单,使用比较广泛。但是其轴端密封时常泄露成为高压贫胺液泵使用维护中的主要弱点,本文主要分析几种主要的高压离心泵轴的机械密封,对实际运行维护提出一定的建议。
Hydrogenation units in modern large-scale refineries commonly use the ammonia injection system for recycle gas desulfurization. Because of the high system pressure, reciprocating pumps and high-pressure centrifugal pumps are used as the motive power. Centrifugal pumps are widely used due to their simple maintenance. However, the leakage of the shaft seal often becomes the main weakness in the use and maintenance of the high-pressure lean amine-based liquid pump. This article mainly analyzes the mechanical seals of several major high-pressure centrifugal pump shafts and puts forward some suggestions on the actual operation and maintenance.
