讨论了干燥 -通风联合作业法烘干粮食的基本原理和方法。与传统的粮食机械烘干方法相比 ,联合烘干法具有生产能力高、能耗低、粮食烘后品质好的优点。通风时间一般为 8~ 12h ,单位通风量一般在 30~ 4 5m3 / (h·t)之间。通风过程中粮食降水幅度可达 2 %~ 3%。
The basic principle and method of drying food by drying and ventilation are discussed.
