对国际钢铁业目前最大的低碳节能减排项目—UlCOS中改造型炼铁工艺:顶部煤气循环高炉(Top Gas Recycling)和先进的直接还原工艺(ULCORED)研发情况进行了介绍。指出了UlCOS改造型炼铁技术的开发对今后炼铁技术发展的指导作用。对UlCOS相关炼铁技术进行了简要说明和适当评述,为钢铁厂,特别是长流程钢铁厂结合自身发展和定位,具体规划技术改造部分的低碳炼铁技术路线提供了参考。
This paper introduces the research and development of the advanced iron reduction process (ULCORED) in the transformation of ironmaking process in UCOS, the largest low-carbon energy-saving and emission-reduction project in the international steel industry: Top Gas Recycling and Advanced Direct Reduction Process (ULCORED). It is pointed out that the development of UlCOS modified ironmaking technology can guide the development of ironmaking technology in the future. A brief description and appropriate comment on the relevant ironmaking technology of Ulcos are provided for the reference of the steel mills, especially the long-sizing steel mills, in combination with their own development and positioning, and concrete planning of technical transformation routes for low-carbon ironmaking.
