日前,一所地处偏僻的、普普通通的农村小学——浦东新区杨园中心小学成为上海市探索小学法制教育的领头雁。上海市教育发展基金会在批准“杨园中心小学法制教育探索”课题时,有关专家学者评论说:青少年法制教育,是实现依法治国方略的源头工程。如果千千万万所学校,都能这样重视青少年法制教育,如果千千万万的青少年,都能这样自觉地学法、守法、护法,那么,实现依法治国,就有了坚实的基础。

When approving the issue of “Exploration of Legal Education in Yangyuan Central Primary School”, the Shanghai Education Development Foundation commented that the legal education for juveniles is the source project for realizing the strategy of governing the country according to law. If thousands and thousands of schools can attach great importance to education in juvenile legal education, if millions of young people can learn law, abide by the law and protect the law in such a conscious manner, then there will be a solid foundation for the rule of law in accordance with the law.
