目的了解宝山区医疗机构卫生勤杂人员目前防止医院感染等职业防护状况,找出薄弱环节,分析问题原因,督促医院、企业加强培训和落实其他管理措施,提高卫生勤杂人员对医院感染的认识和自我防护水平,减少卫生勤杂人员在医院内感染疾病和传播疾病的风险。方法通过问卷调查、现场检查和访谈等方式,对区16家医疗机构和他们委托的后勤服务公司及相关71名卫生勤杂人员进行医院感染防护状况调查分析。结果75%的医疗机构和86.7%的后勤服务公司建立了相关管理工作制度并开展卫生勤杂人员防范医院感染等培训,但50%医疗机构及近35%后勤服务公司存在管理组织、制度不健全,卫生勤杂人员对医院感染的认识和自我防护意识不高,卫生勤杂人员的医院感染管理和职业安全防护现状堪忧。结论进一步规范医疗机构卫生勤杂人员的医院感染防护措施及消毒隔离工作,加强医院、公司的组织管理和制度建设,强化人员培训,是减少卫生勤杂人员在医院内感染和传播疾病风险的有效措施。
Objective To understand the current status of prevention and treatment of occupational diseases such as nosocomial infections in Baoshan District medical institutions and to find out the weak links and analyze the causes of the problems so as to urge hospitals and enterprises to strengthen training and implement other management measures to improve the knowledge and self The level of protection reduces the risk of contracting and spreading disease among health-care workers in the hospital. Methods Through questionnaires, on-site inspections and interviews, we conducted a survey on the status of nosocomial infection prevention in 16 medical institutions in the district, their logistics service companies entrusted by the district, and 71 related people with health problems. Results 75% of the medical institutions and 86.7% of the logistics service companies established the relevant management work system and carried out the training of the health personnel to prevent nosocomial infections. However, there are management organizations in 50% of medical institutions and nearly 35% of logistics service companies, and the system is not perfect. Health and miscellaneous personnel awareness of nosocomial infections and awareness of self-protection is not high, health care workers nosocomial infection management and occupational safety and security situation is worrying. Conclusion It is an effective measure to reduce nosocomial infection prevention and disinfection and isolation in medical institutions and to strengthen organizational and institutional construction of hospitals and companies and to strengthen personnel training.
