国家标准(GB1958—80)《形状和位置公差检测规定》对每种形状(或位置)误差都规定了若干种检测方法。对于同一种形状(或位置)误差,由于检测方法的不同,误差的取值形式也存在着差异。本文主要探讨这种差异对误差分布规律和误差分布范围将有什么影响。本文以自动车床加工的二种零件作为研究对象,分别按照二种不同取值形式的检测方法,着重研究了零件外圆对内孔的同轴度误差。
National Standard (GB1958-80) “shape and position tolerance test requirements” for each shape (or position) error are provided for a number of detection methods. For the same shape (or position) error, due to different detection methods, the value of the error in the form there are differences. This article mainly explores the impact of this difference on the law of error distribution and the range of error distribution. In this paper, two kinds of parts machined by automatic lathe are taken as the research object. According to the testing methods of two kinds of different values, the coaxial error of the outer circle of the part to the inner hole is studied emphatically.
