新时期,教育有了新的改革,教育理念在朝着更加有效的管理方面提升。教育学生不再仅仅局限于知识技能的教授,还更加注重精神品质和科学精神的提倡。所以。教师在学生的教育管理方面也要从很多方面进行改进,对于初中学生的教育,还是要以人为本,进行人本化管理。人本化的管理要从教师和学生两方面探讨管理方式。
