本文报告了在裸鼠室条件不完全具备的情况下,通过严格控制裸鼠的饲养及繁殖条件,定期进行饲养环境的微生物监测,可以发现、预防裸鼠的微生物感染。为利用裸鼠进行人癌研究可提供数量充足、质量可靠的实验动物。 This article reports that nude mice can be found to prevent and control microbial infection by strictly controlling the feeding and breeding conditions of nude mice and monitoring the microorganisms in the breeding environment on a regular basis when the conditions of the nude mice are not completely available.
