改革开放以来,我国教育发展取得历史性进步,但也存在一些突出问题,集中表现在学生总体发展水平不高,片面发展严重,可持续发展能力不强。由于过度追求升学率,中小学生课业负担过重,身心健康受到严重损害,学生的学习能力、创新能力、实践能力不足,各级各类学生适应社会和就业创业能力不强,以分数为本的教育导致了人的异化而不是人的解放,学生素为什么要培养核心素养?
