某公司提出用轨道解决矿井内猴车转向的方案,该方案中猴车脱绳上轨的动态性能复杂,通过多体动力学分析,可研究其变轨可能会出现的状况。简要介绍ADAMS求解理论,建立猴车脱绳上轨动力学模型,分析计算结果发现变轨过程的猴车摆动角度太大、猴车减速性能较差,所以对该机构提出一个可行的优化方案,对猴车变轨及转向系统的设计有重要的意义。
A company put forward a scheme to solve the problem of steering the monkey car in the mine by using the orbit. The dynamic behavior of the monkey car on the rope unloader is complex. The multi-body dynamics analysis can study the possible situation of the orbit derailment. Briefly introduce the theory of ADAMS solution and establish the dynamics model of the upper rail for the unloader of the monkey car. The result of the analysis and calculation shows that the swing angle of the monkey is too large, and the deceleration performance of the monkey car is poor. Therefore, It is of great significance for the design of the track change and steering system of a monkey car.
