对注水泵电机实施变频调速 ,其主要目的是在注水站输出水量保证配注要求的情况下 ,使注水系统能耗尽量降低。通过应用优化仿真软件来优化泵和管网的运行参数 ,并合理匹配注水泵与管网的工况点 ,使所有泵都运行在高效区 ,可大幅度降低泵管压差及井口的节流损失。将杏四联、杏五注的两台注水泵变频调速到n =2 74 0r/min ,并优化泵的运行参数 ,可使注水系统能耗降低 1 2 4 0kW ,节能约6 3%。 The frequency of water injection pump motor speed control, its main purpose is to ensure that water injection water output requirements with the injection, the water system to minimize energy consumption.
