This paper mainly discusses the legislative guiding ideology and major legislative activities of the Song Dynasty. The first section discusses the general situation of the legislation of the Song Dynasty, including the legislative guiding ideology and the main legislative activities. The second section deals with the major legislative activities of the Song dynasty legislation, including the rules and regulations and special laws and regulations.
