研究了ICP-MS测定铜型微量元素中As、Pb、Cd和Hg 4种有毒重金属元素的方法。以Ge、In和Bi为内标,补偿基体效应,采用ICP-MS同时测定上述4种元素。待测元素浓度在0~100μg/L范围内,相关系数在0.999 9以上,检出限为0.010~0.021 ng/L,加标回收率在98.3%~108.2%之间,精密度良好RSD<6.3%。本研究所建立的方法具有简便、快速、准确、灵敏度高的优点。
ICP-MS determination of copper-type trace elements As, Pb, Cd and Hg four kinds of toxic heavy metals in the method. Ge, In and Bi as internal standard to compensate for the matrix effect, simultaneous determination of the above four elements by ICP-MS. The detection limit was 0.010 ~ 0.021 ng / L and the recoveries were in the range of 98.3% ~ 108.2%. The RSD of RSD was less than 6.3 %. The method established in this study has the advantages of simple, rapid, accurate and high sensitivity.
