本文提出了采用微处理机控制,提高NC机床成形精度的理论模型与实现方案。应用相平面δ法,导出了机床动态特性与控制器性能之间的理论关系,根据这些关系,设计的比例(P)控制器、比例积分(PI)控制器均能与动态特性有最佳匹配,以便减少成形误差。在一台三坐标NC机床上完成的试验证实了本文论点是正确的。文中还较为详尽地介绍了控制器的理论设计与计算机的实现过程。
This paper presents a theoretical model and implementation scheme that uses microprocessor control to improve NC forming accuracy. Based on the phase plane method, the theoretical relationship between the dynamic characteristics of the machine tool and the performance of the controller is deduced. Based on these relations, the proportional (P) controller and the proportional integral (PI) controller are optimally matched with the dynamic characteristics , In order to reduce the forming error. The tests done on a three-coordinate NC machine proved that this article is correct. The article also describes in detail the theoretical design of the controller and the realization process of the computer.
