恰甫其海水利枢纽工程消能区河床狭窄、泄水建筑物走向与河谷走向夹角较大,针对其地形地质条件,为满足工程布置及下游防冲,对消能进行了多方案论证及水工模型试验,采取了:表孔泄洪洞和深孔排沙放空洞出口采用带导向的曲面贴角窄缝挑流消能工、中孔泄洪洞出口采用“消力墩+T型墩+消力池”方案、三个泄水建筑物出口布置顺河向相互错开等消能方案,消能效果较好。
