文章运用文献资料研究方法以,了解目前大学生体质与健康状况现状和导引养生功的多种功法的健身作用;并通过实验法对普通大学生进行了18周导引养生功-八段锦功法练习的实验研究。研究结果显示:导引养生功对普通大学生的身体形态、身体机能、运动素质等方面具有显著性影响。通过以上研究证实:它不仅具有健身效果明显,适用性强的特点,而且易成为终身体育项目,在高校体育课程中开设导引养生功是非常有必要的。
The article uses the literature research methods to understand the current fitness and health status of college students and guide the health function of a variety of exercises the fitness function; and through experimental methods for ordinary college students 18 weeks of health guidance - Ba Duan Jin exercises practice Experimental study. The results showed that: Guiding health has a significant impact on ordinary college students body shape, physical function, sports quality and so on. The above research proves that it not only has the characteristics of obvious fitness effect and strong applicability, but also is easy to become a lifelong physical education project. It is necessary to set up the guidance of health promotion in college physical education curriculum.
