电力营销服务是电力企业工作中的一项重要内容,电力营销服务质量直接关系到电力企业的经济效益,提高电力营销服务质量,能够促进电力企业的发展,增强电力企业的竞争力,提好电力企业的经济收益。传统的电力营销服务存在很多弊端,营销理念和营销方式不能适应新时期的市场经济体制,电力企业的发展受到严重的阻碍。本文指出了提高电力营销服务质量的重要性,对电力营销服务过程中存在的弊端进行了分析,并针对具体问题探讨了相关的解决措施。
