研究了纯Cu经900℃4h渗Al层的Al浓度分布及对α相结构的影响。结果表明,渗层表面Al含量与渗剂中的纯Al粉含量有关,纯Al粉含量小于4%时,渗层Al浓度分布与扩散定律计算值相符。渗层组织主要是α固溶体,α相的点阵常数值随Al浓度增加呈直线上升。
The Al concentration distribution and the influence on the α phase structure of pure Cu by Al infiltration at 900 ℃ for 4h were studied. The results show that the Al content on the surface of the infiltrated layer is related to the content of pure Al powder in the infiltrant. When the content of pure Al powder is less than 4%, the distribution of Al concentration in the infiltrated layer agrees with the diffusion law. The microstructure of the infiltrated layer is mainly α solid solution, and the lattice constant value of α phase increases linearly with the increase of Al concentration.
