目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定复方雷公藤糖浆中雷公藤甲素的方法。方法:采用Diamonsil C18(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱分离,甲醇-水(46∶54)为流动相,流速为1.0 ml·min-1,检测波长为224 nm,柱温为30℃,进样量为10μl。结果:雷公藤甲素在5.66~33.96μg·ml-1(r=0.999 8)范围内质量浓度与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,其平均回收率为99.35%(RSD=1.02%,n=9)。结论:本方法简便、灵敏、重复性好,可用于复方雷公藤糖浆中雷公藤甲素的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of triptolide in compound Tripterygium wilfordii syrup. METHODS: Diamonsil C18 (150 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) column was used. The mobile phase consisted of methanol and water (46:54) with a flow rate of 1.0 ml · min-1 and a detection wavelength of 224 nm. The column temperature was 30 ℃ , Injection volume of 10μl. Results: The average concentration of triptolide in the range of 5.66 ~ 33.96μg · ml-1 (r = 0.999 8) showed a good linear relationship with the peak area. The average recoveries were 99.35% (RSD = 1.02%, n = 9 ). Conclusion: The method is simple, sensitive, reproducible and can be used for the quality control of triptolide in compound Tripterygium wilfordii syrup.
