目的:研究肺挫伤早期血清中TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-10、IL-13和肺超微结构及肺功能的变化情况。方法:16只新西兰白兔随机分为肺挫伤组和对照组。建立肺挫伤模型,于挫伤后1、2、3、4 h检测血清TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-10、IL-13含量,同时获取肺功能数据,并观察肺超微病理结构的变化情况。结果:肺挫伤早期TNF-α、IL-1β表达升高,IL-10、IL-13表达持续下降,肺超微结构可见肺泡壁损害,肺泡腔内及间隔间大量炎性渗出,肺泡通气量及PO_2明显下降,P-AO_2持续加大,肺顺应性下降。结论:肺挫伤早期TNF-α、IL-1β表达明显升高,血清IL-10、IL-13表达降低,造成肺组织超微结构进行性破坏,肺功能持续降低。
Objective: To study the changes of TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-10, IL-13 and lung ultrastructure and pulmonary function in the early stage of pulmonary contusion. Methods: Sixteen New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into pulmonary contusion group and control group. The model of pulmonary contusion was established. The contents of TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-10 and IL-13 in serum were detected at 1, 2, 3 and 4 h after contusive contusion and the pulmonary function data were obtained. Happening. The ultrastructure of lung tissue is destroyed and lung function is decreased continuously.
