目的:调查并分析临床护士知识共享行为对其核心能力的影响。方法:对湖南省衡阳市3所三级甲等医院448名临床护士进行问卷调查,了解临床护士知识共享行为和核心能力现状,并探讨两者间关系。结果:临床护士知识共享行为量表条目均分为(2.36±0.69)分,护士核心能力总均分为(2.78±0.55)分;知识共享行为量表总均分及4个维度得分与护士核心能力总均分及各维度得分均呈正相关(P<0.01)。分层回归分析显示,控制人口学变量后,组织沟通、个人互动、社区实践能够预测护士核心能力的39.9%。结论:护理管理者应根据临床护士知识共享行为的现状特点,采取科学可行的干预措施,以提高临床护士知识共享行为水平,促进其核心能力的发展。
Objective: To investigate and analyze the impact of knowledge sharing behavior of clinical nurses on their core competencies. Methods: A total of 448 clinical nurses from 3 level 3 Hospitals in Hengyang City of Hunan Province were surveyed to find out the current situation of knowledge sharing behavior and core competence of clinical nurses and to explore the relationship between the two. Results: The items of knowledge-sharing behavior scale of clinical nurses were divided into (2.36 ± 0.69) points and the total score of nurses ’core competence was (2.78 ± 0.55). The total score of knowledge-sharing behavior scale and the scores of 4 dimensions and nurses’ There was a positive correlation between competence score and scores of all dimensions (P <0.01). Hierarchical regression analysis showed that after controlling for the demographic variables, organizational communication, personal interaction and community practice can predict 39.9% of nurses’ core competencies. Conclusion: Nursing managers should take scientific and feasible interventions to improve the knowledge sharing behavior of clinical nurses and promote the development of their core competence according to the status quo of knowledge sharing behavior of clinical nurses.
