慢性喉喑,西医称慢性喉炎,是指喉部黏膜的慢性非特异性炎症,病程超过3个月,可波及黏膜下层及喉内肌。笔者运用血府逐瘀汤加味治愈1例慢性喉喑伴双侧声带小结患者,现报道如下：1病历摘要患者女,43岁,因“声音嘶哑14年”于2014年7月6日来本卫生室就诊。患者2000年2月发病,出现声音嘶哑,未注意,后因声音嘶哑渐加重在当地数次就诊,均未愈,并出现咽喉不适,说话费力。后患者分别于2012年1月31日和2014年1月22日到某三甲医院耳鼻喉科就诊，两次喉镜检查结果均提示：双侧声带前1／3有一对称性突起，致声门关闭
