目的:以医用敷料壳聚糖无纺布、吸水水刺无纺布、拒水水刺无纺布为载体将临床常用的丁硼乳膏和人工牛黄甲硝唑胶囊,制备为丁硼牛甲无纺布牙龈贴剂,可以协同增效降毒治疗口腔疾患。方法:双层涂布黏合法,首层涂布人工牛黄甲硝唑药浆,次层涂布丁硼乳膏。结果:丁硼乳膏、人工牛黄甲硝唑胶囊改剂型为丁硼牛甲无纺布牙龈贴剂,门诊患者应用治疗急性智齿冠周炎有超过80%的显效率。结论:各种性能的无纺布组合,可以作为口腔药物载体,制备无纺布牙龈贴剂,该贴剂是目前口腔黏膜生物黏附给药系统常见剂型:口腔膜剂及口腔黏附片之外的另一选择。
