对棕壤定位试验地各施肥处理耕层土壤进行测定。结果表明,土壤固定态铵在大豆整个生育期间处于不断变化之中,其基本原因是由于大豆各生育期对土壤氮素吸收存在差异以及各施肥处理土壤供氮情况不同。土壤有机质、全氮含量与固定态铵含量均呈较显著的正相关,其相关系数(r)分别为0.6904和0.7449。有机-无机肥配合施用对大豆氮素营养十分重要。
Soil fertility of topsoil was determined on brown soil location experiment. The results showed that the fixed ammonium in soil was changing constantly during the whole growing period of soybean. The basic reason was that there were differences in soil nitrogen absorption during different growth stages of soybean and the nitrogen supply in different fertilization treatments. Soil organic matter, total nitrogen content and fixed ammonium content showed a significant positive correlation, the correlation coefficient (r) were 0.6904 and 0.7449. Organic-inorganic fertilizer with the application of nitrogen nutrition in soy is very important.
