在全球经济一体化的大背景下,我国与国外的国际交往与合作大幅度地增加,这就意味着社会对交替传译(交传)人才的需求量将不断扩大。交传作为新兴的行业发展迅速,其质量是服务的核心所在,但是相应的质量评估标准尚不健全,亟需构建全面而科学的质量评估体系以促进本行业的健康发展。本文将从信息单位忠实度、意义参数、包装与质量感知、源语分类、用户期望与反应六五个方面研究交替传译全面质量评估体系,旨在推动质量评估研究的过程更加系统化和量化,并使研究结果能够具体地运用到交传实践当中,以提高译员的交传质量,促进整个行业的发展。
Under the background of global economic integration, the international exchanges and cooperation between our country and other countries have increased substantially. This means that the demand of the society for the translation and exchange of qualified personnel will continue to expand. As the rapid development of emerging industries, quality is the core of service, but the corresponding quality assessment standards are not perfect, so it is urgent to build a comprehensive and scientific quality assessment system to promote the healthy development of the industry. This article will study the total quality assessment system of alternative interpretation from six aspects of loyalty, meaning parameter, packaging and quality perception, source language classification, user expectation and reaction, and aim to promote the process of quality assessment research more systematized and quantified, And make the research results concretely apply to the practice of communication, in order to improve the quality of translators’ communication and promote the development of the whole industry.
