青年职工是医院发展的生力军,要完成医疗体制改革,必须充分调动青年职工的工作积极性,根据本院统计,35岁以下的青年职工占全院职工60%左右,他们精力充沛、工作干劲大、思想活跃,是一支不可低估的力量。青年职工的文化水平较高,绝大部分都是大学专科以上文化程度,接受新生事物强,具有初生牛犊不怕虎的干劲,敢做、敢为。随着医院发展的扩大,对青年职工而言也是一种挑战,给医院思想政治工作带来了许多新的情况和新课题。如何在新形势下,加强青年职工思想政治工作是亟待解决的问题。
