2016年1月6日,由交通运输部职业资格中心、英国皇家特许船舶经纪学会(ICS)、上海市浦东新区航运服务办公室共同举办的中英高端航运人才培养合作签约仪式暨中国(上海)自由贸易试验区航运人才“双认证”试点项目在沪启动。这标志着首个由国内最具权威的航运职业资格中心与全球唯一被认可的航运职业标准机构联合认定的高端航运人才培训“双认证”模式试点正式落户上海自贸区。交通运输部总工程师
On January 6, 2016, the signing ceremony of China-UK high-end shipping personnel training co-sponsored by the Vocational Qualifications Center of the Ministry of Transport, the Royal Charter Institute of Shipping Brokerage (ICS) and Shanghai Pudong New Area Shipping Services Office cum China (Shanghai) Trade test area shipping talent “double certification ” pilot project started in Shanghai. This marks the first formalization of pilot training for high-end shipping talents “double certification ” mode jointly established by the most authoritative shipping vocational qualification center and the world’s only recognized shipping professional standards institution in Shanghai’s FTZ.
