目的:研究桐叶千金藤Stephania hernandifolia中的莲花烷类生物碱。方法:桐叶千金藤全草用95%乙醇溶液加热回流提取,减压回收乙醇,浓缩液加水稀释后经酸碱处理,石油醚、氯仿萃取,得生物总碱。生物总碱利用正相硅胶、反相Rp-18、微孔吸附树脂CHP20P、Sephadex LH-20等柱色谱方法分离和纯化,通过理化性质和光谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果:从桐叶千金藤中分离得到9个莲花烷类生物碱,分别为aknadinine(1),longanone(2),stephasunoline(3),N-methylstephuline(4),epistephamiersine(5),prostephabyssine(6),aknadilactam(7),dihydroepistephamiersine(8),hasubanonine(9)。结论:化合物2~8为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the alkaloids of lotus in stephania hernandifolia. Methods: The whole plant of Torreya jackii with 95% ethanol solution was heated to reflux extraction, ethanol recovery under reduced pressure, the concentrate diluted with water after acid-base treatment, petroleum ether, chloroform extraction, the total alkaloids. Total alkaloids were separated and purified by normal-phase silica gel, reverse phase Rp-18, microporous adsorption resin CHP20P and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography, and their structures were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data. Results: Nine alkaloids of alkaloids were isolated from the leaves of Thuja elciflora and were identified as aknadinine (1), longanone (2), stephasunoline (3), N-methylstephuline (4), epistephamiersine (5) and prostephabyssine ), aknadilactam (7), dihydroepistephamiersine (8), hasubanonine (9). Conclusion: Compounds 2 ~ 8 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
