基于双伸缩立柱的使用条件,建立了双伸缩立柱力学分析的变刚度纵向弯曲梁模型,按照《液压支架立柱技术条件》MT313-92规定的2种工作状况,使用第四强度理论,计算获得了立柱各段的应力峰值。编制了双伸缩立柱应力分析和基于线性累积疲劳损伤的寿命估计软件。比较分析了新设计Z02型双伸缩立柱与普通Z01型立柱安全使用寿命的差异。
Based on the conditions of using double telescopic columns, a model of variable stiffness longitudinal bending beam with double telescopic columns was established. According to the two working conditions stipulated in “Technical Conditions of Hydraulic Support Pillar” MT313-92, using the fourth strength theory, Peak stress of each column. The stress analysis of double telescopic column and the life estimation software based on linear cumulative fatigue damage were developed. The differences between the safety design service life of Z02 double telescopic column and ordinary Z01 column are compared and analyzed.
