1995~1996年,我们采用中西医结合治疗老年外伤性颅内血肿32例(中西组),并随机取同期收住院非手术治疗的老年外伤性颅内血肿37例作对照观察(对照组).现将观察结果报告如下.1 一般资料所有患者均经CT确诊.中西组32例,男20例,女12例;年龄60~70岁,平均年龄63.3岁;致伤原因:交通事故16例,跌伤9例,击伤7例;受伤机制:减速伤24例,加速伤8例;头颅受伤部位:枕部14例,颞部10例,顶部8例;血肿部位:脑内16例,硬膜下9例,硬膜外7例;昏迷13例(其中深昏迷1例,中度昏迷2例,浅昏迷4例,神志蒙眬6例);头痛32例;偏瘫13例.对照组37例,男22例,女15例;年龄60~70岁,平均年龄62.6岁;致伤原因:交通事故19例,跌伤12例,击伤6例;受伤机制:减速伤28例,加速伤9例;头颅受伤部位:枕部15例,颞部12例,顶部10例;血肿部位:颅内18例,硬膜下12例,硬膜外7例;昏迷15例(其中深昏为2例,中度昏迷3例,浅昏迷4例,神志蒙眬6例);头痛37例;偏瘫9例.全部病例均有不同程度的挫擦伤或裂伤.
