目的调查湖南省职业女性的主观幸福感现状,探讨其与工作家庭冲突、家庭压力的关系,为提升职业女性的幸福感提供参考。方法采用一般资料问卷、主观幸福感指数量表、工作家庭冲突量表、家庭压力量表对湖南省4个地市834名在岗职业女性进行横断面调查。结果职业女性主观幸福感总分为(10.32±2.14)分。工作-家庭冲突平均分为(2.77±0.84)分,家庭-工作冲突平均分为(2.36±0.76)分。家庭压力总分为(12.17±2.59)分。平均家庭月收入和学历对主观幸福感具有正向预测作用;家庭压力和家庭-工作冲突对主观幸福感具有负向预测作用。结论所调查的职业女性主观幸福感处于中高度水平。平均家庭月收入、学历、家庭压力、家庭-工作冲突等在一定程度上会影响其主观幸福感。应采取有效措施来缓解职业女性工作家庭冲突,减轻家庭压力,进一步提升其主观幸福感。
Objective To investigate the status quo of subjective well-being of working women in Hunan Province, discuss their relationship with work-family conflict and family stress, and provide reference for promoting the happiness of working women. Methods The cross-sectional survey of 834 working women in four cities and municipality in Hunan Province was carried out by using general information questionnaire, subjective well-being index, working-family conflict scale and family stress scale. Results The total score of professional women’s subjective well-being was (10.32 ± 2.14) points. The average work-family conflict was (2.77 ± 0.84) points and the average family-work conflict was (2.36 ± 0.76) points. The total family pressure was (12.17 ± 2.59) points. The average family monthly income and education have a positive predictive value on subjective well-being; family stress and family-work conflict have negative predictive value on subjective well-being. Conclusion The subjective well-being of professional women surveyed is at a medium to high level. The average monthly family income, education, family stress, family-work conflict, to a certain extent, will affect their subjective sense of happiness. Effective measures should be taken to ease the conflict between working women and working families, reduce the pressure on families and further enhance their subjective sense of happiness.
