伴随着经济全球化进程的不断推进,企业发展不仅面临着复杂多变的经济形势的竞争,与此同时,对企业的文化软实力来说也是一个巨大的挑战。企业思想政治工作不仅可以充分调动职工的积极性,挖掘职工的潜能,更是提高企业职工思想政治素养的重要载体,企业文化建设是提升企业职工人文素养、凝聚企业精神的重要途径。无论是企业思想政治工作还是企业文化建设,都是企业发展过程中的重要影响因素,企业思想政治工作与企业文化建设两者之间相辅相成,存在着密切的联系,将两者融合发展更是提升企业经济竞争力和企业综合实力的重要途径,对于企业的可持续发展有着十分重要的意义。本篇文章立足于企业思想政治工作与企业文化建设的发展现状,指出了两者之间的内在联系以及融合发展的必要性,针对融合发展中存在的问题提出了有效性的发展策略。
