分析刀具切削前角和切削后角与铣刨鼓螺旋角的关系,给出合理的螺旋角、切削前角和后角的取值范围。通过分析不同刀具布置方式的切削图,提出了合理布置铣刨鼓刀具的方式,通过实例说明了铣刨鼓刀具布置的实施过程。
The relationship between cutting rake angle, cutting clearance angle and milling drum helix angle is analyzed. The reasonable ranges of helix angle, cutting rake angle and clearance angle are given. By analyzing the cutting pattern of different cutter arrangement, the way of arranging milling cutter is put forward rationally, and the implementation process of milling cutter arrangement is explained by an example.
