做医生就是做学问。做人是做医生最起码的要求[1]。因为,社会是人际关系编织的网络。任何一个人都不可能孤立地生存,必须与人打交道,只有与人打好交道,人际关系和谐了,才能更好地做事。可见,做人成功是做事成功的关键,正确认识和理解“要做医生先学做人”这一理念,是加强医疗卫生行业精神文明建设的基础,是每位医疗工作者应该学习和奉行的根本。目的:认识和理解“要做医生先学做人”的精神内涵,重视并加强医疗卫生行业的精神文明建设。逐步提高医务工作者道德水平,建立和谐的医患关系。
