催产素在我们产科主要用于引产、产程中宫缩乏力、产后出血等。本文主要针对引产展开叙述。催产素引产是指妊娠28周以后,用静脉滴注催产素的方法诱发子宫收缩而终止妊娠。1适应证过期妊娠、妊高症、妊娠合并内科疾患,须提前终止妊娠,孕周大于41周者。胎膜早破超过12～24 h未临产者。羊水偏少。死胎,胎儿畸形。2禁忌证
Oxytocin in our obstetrics is mainly used for induction of labor, uterine inertia in labor, postpartum hemorrhage and so on. This article mainly for induction of labor narrative. Oxytocin refers to the induction of labor after 28 weeks of pregnancy, intravenous infusion of oxytocin induced uterine contractions and termination of pregnancy. Indications expired pregnancy, pregnancy-induced hypertension, pregnancy complicated with medical conditions, to be terminated early pregnancy, gestational age greater than 41 weeks. Premature rupture of membranes over 12 ~ 24 h without labor. Amniotic fluid less. Stillbirth, fetus deformity. 2 contraindications
