在一台具有较强滚流比的二气门汽油机上用二维 L D A测量了燃烧室内沿气缸直径方向各测点处气流运动的规律。在考虑压缩过程中缸内滚流运动会受到影响的情况下对流场进行的分析表明,压缩过程初期和中期缸内滚流仍存在,只是到了压缩末期滚流才畸变破碎。通过相关分析和谱分析,说明了这一过程的发展变化复杂。作者建议使用有效平均速度的概念来计算湍流的积分长度尺度。
In a two-valve gasoline engine with a strong tumble ratio, two-dimensional L D A was used to measure the law of air flow at each measuring point along the cylinder diameter in the combustion chamber. The analysis of the flow field under the condition that the tumble motion in the cylinder will be affected during the compression process shows that the tumble flow still exists in the initial and middle stages of the compression process, but the tumble flow is deformed and crushed until the end of compression. Through the correlation analysis and spectrum analysis, it shows that the development of the process is complicated. The authors suggest using the concept of effective average velocity to calculate the integral length scale of turbulence.
