回顾 2年来于本院所有分娩病例 ,对胎儿脐带绕颈 11种可能因素进行统计分析。结果表明 :单因素分析筛选出的相关因素为胎盘附着部位、脐带长度、胎方位、胎位不正史。多因素logistic回归分析筛选出的相关因素为脐带长度、胎位不正史和胎方位。提示 :脐带长度、胎位不正史和胎方位是脐带绕颈的主要相关因素 ,胎盘附着部位也与脐带绕颈有一定关系。
Review 2 years in our hospital all cases of childbirth, fetal umbilical cord around the neck 11 kinds of possible factors for statistical analysis. The results showed that: univariate analysis of screening out the relevant factors placenta accreta, umbilical cord length, fetal position, history of fetal malposition. Multivariate logistic regression analysis of screening out the relevant factors for the length of the umbilical cord, fetal malposition and fetus position. Tip: The length of the umbilical cord, history of fetal malposition and fetal position is the main relevant factors around the neck of the umbilical cord, placental attachment site also has a certain relationship with the umbilical cord around the neck.
