一、采矿方法选择的重要性选择采矿方法,对正在进行规划、设计、基建、生产的各类矿山都是十分重要的。在矿山进行规划及可行性研究阶段,首先应选定采矿方法。据此,确定矿山年产量及开拓系统(包括井巷布置及主要井巷断面等)和主要技术经济指标(如矿石成本,全员劳动生产率、损失率、贫化率等)。由采矿方法所决定的一些指标(如贫化率、出矿品位、原矿中的围岩量、块度及水份等)直接影响选矿厂的投资和精矿成本。总之,与采矿方法有关的一系列指标最终均反映到矿山的基建投资和利润中去。可以毫不夸大地说。采矿方法是矿山生产工艺的核心。它在很大程度上决定矿山经济的面貌。即:矿山是否有赢利,赢利多少?矿山总投资是多少?需多长时间才能收回全部投资? 采矿方法与矿山基建投资和利润的相互关系如图。
