提出利用高精度测角仪测量齿轮副在啮合过程中不同啮合位置时轮齿受载综合变形的新方法。利用该方法可以精确测得齿轮多对齿啮合和单对齿啮合情况下的受载综合变形,实验装置简单,试验误差易于分析。
A new method for measuring the comprehensive deformation of gear teeth loaded by gear pair at different engagement positions during meshing is proposed. The method can accurately measure the multi-tooth gear meshing and single-tooth meshing under load combined deformation, the experimental device is simple, easy to analyze the experimental error.
