图1所示是我厂生产的接头类零件组,该类零件品种规格繁多,中小批量生产;但结构、材料、工艺相似,定位基准相同;在圆柱部位都有小孔需要加工。这些孔位中心线各自保持与定位孔中心线和圆柱端面垂直或者平行;孔位间的垂直度、平行度及位置度亦较高.为此,为了减少专用钻床夹具,减轻工人的劳动强度,我们设计了如图2所示的快速装卸可调钻床夹具。经过长期使用证明,该钻床夹具不仅保证了零件组的加工精度;而且提高工效2~3倍. 快速装卸可调钻床夹具的结构见图2;其V形块4按零件外形制造,置于基体1导槽内,用手柄螺钉固定。螺钉7、圆柱销8构成快速装卸压紧机构,用双线螺纹连接在支臂6上,压紧力通过光压块9作用在

After long-term use proved that the drilling fixture not only ensures the machining accuracy of the part group, but also improve the work efficiency of 2 to 3 times.The structure of the quick loading and unloading adjustable drilling fixture is shown in Figure 2, the V-shaped block 4 is manufactured according to the part shape, 1 guide groove, with the handle screw. Screw 7, the cylinder pin 8 constitute a quick loading and unloading compaction mechanism, with a two-threaded connection on the arm 6, the pressing force through the optical compact 9 role
