电极合金是电阻焊过程中的关键材料。在电阻焊接过程中,影响焊接质量和生产效率的主要因素除了焊接设备和焊接工艺外,另一因素就是电极材料性能的好坏。为了提高电极合金的焊接性能,研制成功用于缝焊电极的 DF—1型焊轮电极合金。DF—1中的 D 表示电极、F 表示缝焊、1 表示第一种合金型号。DF—1合金:在研制过程中,采用真空熔炼技术和热锻——固溶—一冷锻——时效等工艺,使 DF—1合金性能达到和超过了预定的指标。
