患儿,女,6岁,住院号1921.因骶尾部长一巨大型肿块影响行走而要求手术,于1980年9月16日入院.患儿于生后数月家长发现其骶尾部长一约鸡蛋黄大小之肿块,当时患儿无任何不适,随年龄的增长肿块逐渐增大,生长速度较慢,近四年肿块才长至桃子大小.五岁时有外伤,此后肿块生长较快,一年间如排球大小,致行走、直立不便.体检:发育、营养略差,骶尾部有一巨大肿块 其蒂较宽,上界自第四腰椎下到肛门缘,两侧到臀大肌内缘,高出臀部约13厘米,质地中等,表皮有约3×3厘米擦烂,无明显渗血现象,四肢运动自如.化验检查:红细胞365万,白细胞10300,中性70%,淋巴27%,嗜酸性3%,尿无异常,大便正常.入院诊断为尾部畸胎瘤,于1980年9月26日施行肿瘤切除术.
