[目的]分析并明确中国汉族人群脂联素(adiponectin,AMP1)基因第二外显子45位T/G多态性(T45G)与2型糖尿病(type2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)的相关性。[方法]对以往有关T45G与T2DM相关性研究进行Meta分析。通过文献检索收集中国汉族人群AMP1基因SNP45多态性与T2DM的病例-对照研究,剔除不符合要求的文献,对入选文献进行异质性检验并根据检验结果进行数据合并,采用Stata10.0计算合并比值比(oddsratio,OR)及其95%可信区间(confidence interval,CI)以及发表偏倚。[结果]共16篇文献符合条件纳入研究,采用随机效应模型合并OR值,Meta分析结果为在显性、隐性、加性遗传模式下,合并OR(95%CI)分别为1.61(1.21~2.14)、2.16(1.59~2.92)、1.49(1.22~1.83),OR值具有统计学意义。[结论]不论是显性、隐性还是加性遗传模式,G等位基因均为T2DM的危险因素,提示G等位基因携带者易患T2DM。
[Objective] To analyze and clarify the correlation between 45 T polymorphism (T45G) and type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) in exon 2 of adiponectin (AMP1) gene in Chinese Han population. [Methods] Meta-analysis was conducted on the previous studies on the correlation between T45G and T2DM. A case-control study of SNP45 polymorphism of AMP1 gene and T2DM in Chinese Han population was collected through literature search. Excluding unqualified literature, the heterogeneity of the selected literature was examined and the data were combined according to the test results. Odds ratio (oddsratio, OR) and its 95% confidence interval (CI) and publication bias. [Results] A total of 16 articles were eligible for inclusion in the study. The random effects model was used to combine the OR values. The results of Meta analysis showed that the combined OR (95% CI) was 1.61 (1.21 ~ 2.14), 2.16 (1.59 ~ 2.92), 1.49 (1.22 ~ 1.83), the OR value was statistically significant. [Conclusion] The G allele is a risk factor of T2DM in both dominant and recessive or additive genetic modes, suggesting that G allele carriers are predisposed to T2DM.
