半挂自卸车厢振动特性

为了利用Pore建立半挂自卸车厢进行了三维模型,将其导入到ANSYS中,对车厢整体进行了模态分析,采用Block Lanczos法进行模态提取,得到车厢前六阶模态振型,并以碎石路面等作为随机激励,研究了车厢的振动特性.分析结果表明:该车厢的整体固有频率值不是很高,说明该车架动刚度较小,研究结果可为车厢结构的设计改进提出指导性建议. In order to use Pore to build a three-dimensional model of the semi-trailer body, the model was imported into ANSYS, and the entire car body was modeled and modeled by Block Lanczos method to get the first six modes of the car body.
