随着高职院校与企业合作办学的普遍化,根据《高等职业教育创新发展行动计划(2015-2018年)》文件精神,鼓励行业参与职业教育,发挥企业办学主体作用。产教融合这一教学改革方式,符合高职教育的发展方向。国际经济与贸易专业在产教融合上突出全真性项目化教学,与企业一起设计既能服务企业,又能培养学生外贸实践能力的项目;既完成课堂理论教学,又丰富了学生专业技能。但在教学和实践过程中“教师”的传授和“学生”的掌握之间存在若干问题,需进行对策研究。
With the universality of the cooperation between higher vocational colleges and enterprises, according to the document of “Plan for the Innovation and Development of Higher Vocational Education (2015-2018)”, we should encourage the industries to participate in vocational education and give play to the leading role of enterprises in running schools. The reform of teaching and learning integration of education and teaching, in line with the direction of development of higher vocational education. The international economy and trade department emphasizes on the project-based teaching on the integration of production and teaching, and works with enterprises to design projects that can both serve the enterprises and cultivate students ’practical abilities in foreign trade. It not only completes teaching in the classroom but also enriches students’ professional skills. However, there are some problems between the teaching of “teacher” and the mastery of “student” in the process of teaching and practice.
