提出了一种基于电流模式施密特触发器的CCCII±张弛振荡器。该电路的振荡信号周期可由接地电容线性改变,而频率则与CCCII±的偏置电流成正比,PSPICE仿真结果与理论分析相符。
A CCCII ± relaxation oscillator based on current-mode Schmitt trigger is proposed. The period of the oscillation signal of the circuit can be linearly changed by the ground capacitance while the frequency is proportional to the bias current of CCCII ±. The simulation result of PSPICE is consistent with the theoretical analysis.
