通过对典型砂滤池滤前、滤后水中颗粒数的监测,对比分析了不同粒径石英砂滤料对水中颗粒物的去除范围和效果.结合现场监测和滤池的运行工况,对不同滤池的反冲洗实际效率进行了分析.结果表明,均质石英砂滤料的含污能力比级配滤料强,有效粒径越小,对水中颗粒物的去除效果越好;均质石英砂滤料能有效去除水中2μm以上的颗粒,粒径范围0.5~1.2 mm的级配滤料对水中10 μm以上的颗粒截留效果较好.Ⅴ型滤池反冲洗后,“最脏”或者“冲洗效果最差”的滤料不在表层,“最脏滤料位于滤层内部”对气水反冲洗滤池的实际生产管理将具有重要的指导意义.
