某碳硅泥岩型铀矿石富含黄铁矿和有机质,用一般酸法浸出,铀浸出率低。浸出工艺条件对铀浸出率均有影响,而以酸度影响最甚。本文根据矿石的矿物组成及其溶解特性,应用矿物分离、红外光谱分析等技术研究了该矿石的铀浸出特性。从矿石中分离出了“可溶性腐植酸”和“酸不溶性腐植酸”。试验结果证明,“酸不溶性腐植酸”是造成该矿石铀浸出率偏低的主要原因,认为适当提高浸出剩余酸度是提高铀浸出率的合理方案。
A carbon-silicon mudstone type uranium ore is rich in pyrite and organic matter, leaching with the general acid method, uranium leaching rate is low. Leaching process conditions have an impact on the leaching rate of uranium, but most affected by acidity. Based on the mineral composition and dissolution characteristics of ores, the article studies the uranium leaching characteristics of the ores using mineral separation and infrared spectroscopy. Isolated from the ore, “soluble humic acid” and “acid-insoluble humic acid.” The test results show that “acid-insoluble humic acid” is the main reason for the low leaching rate of uranium in this ore, and it is considered that raising the leaching residual acidity properly is a reasonable solution to increase the leaching rate of uranium.
